BOOKING

There is a Bride + 4 person minimum when booking your party on Friday and Saturday Events, unless it has been discussed and agreed too by Hanna & HWD Artist(s).
Sunday Weddings or Events must meet Bride + 6 Person minimum.
A $75 non-refundable reservation fee will secure your date and our services, along with additional documentation.
Dates and services are not considered finalized until a deposit and contract have been received and confirmed by Hanna.
TRAVEL

There is a base rate of $20 travel fee will be charged for any location.
A travel fee of $.60/mile will be charged for travel over & above 30 miles outside of Grand Rapids (49503).
For events requiring flight and hotel stays, please contact Hanna directly for details & to discuss options.
Any parking costs will be the responsibility of the client and will be billed accordingly.
Approximate travel & additional fees will be included in the final contract.
